Midnight in Milan

Home to many of the world's renowned designers, Italy is a member in full standing of the exclusive global troika of haute couture that includes the cities of Paris, New York and Milan, best known for fabrics, art and the famous Italian flair for style at any cost.

Coming on the high heels of last year's rendezvous at a Parisian nightclub, Metro Magazine's Second Annual Mannequin Ball invites attendees to revel in La Dolce Vita, and enjoy a night made in Italy on January 19, 2007 at the North Carolina Museum of History. The evening promises flair and elegance Italian-style, with proceeds going to the North Carolina Museum of History's Textile and Conservation programs.

A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Museum of History's Textile and Conservation Programs.
