Her hit television role is a steady companion to her work on the big screen, including big budget blockbuster Big Mama's House 2 starring Martin Lawrence, and a performance early in her career in the critically acclaimed HBO movie Breast Men starring David Schwimmer and Oscar winner Chris Cooper. Emily also played a role in Cameron Crowe's hit film Jerry Maguire starring Tom Cruise. DJ Angola has DJed for the Elton John AIDS Foundation performing at Elton's annual Oscar party, his charity benefit at the "Osbourne House" (along side Tony Bennet), as well as other events. He also has DJed for Cirque du Soleil events around the world.

He was the featured DJ at many parties (Elle, Premiere, Moving Pictures, Urban Myth, Penthouse, Synergy House, etc) at the Cannes Film Festival this year. He also be performed at the Toronto Film Festival for Gucci in September.

DJ Angola also produces music for many designers at New York Fashion Week (Bryant Park)

Currently, DJ Angola is a resident DJ in NYC at GBH's amazing party at Lotus (Fridays) (guests include Bob Sinclair, Felix Da Housecat, Jeremy Healy, Stephane Pompougnac, Dirty Vegas, etc.), Marquee (Saturdays) and at world respected nightclub APT (Sundays) w/ Neil Aline (Chez). This weekly NYC party (Hosted by Patrick Duffy & Juan) features a wide range of styles and guests -Fila Brazillia, Miguel Migs, Peanut Butter Wolf, Marley Marl, Greenskeepers, Fauna Flash, Quantic, Danny Krivit, Gotan Project, Mr. Scruff, etc.).

DJ Angola, one of New York’s premiere night club DJs, will provide music for attendees of this year’s Mannequin Ball to dance to and enjoy.

DJ Angola has DJed the annual MTV Video Music Awards party at Bungalow 8. (Previous galas included guests Eminem, Guns & Roses, No Doubt, 50 Cent, etc.). This Year, he DJed the much publicized party at The Shore Club in Miami for Usher & Lil' Jon's VMA Gala.

He also spins monthly at Boujis (London) where he DJs their annual Brit Award party (Outkast, Nas, Alicia Keys, Missy Elliott, Timbaland, Bassment Jaxx, etc.) and Wimbledon Players' party.

DJ Angola has performed for thousands at the Smithsonian Festival in Wash. DC, Hudson River Festival in NYC, and at The Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco. He's DJed with Fatboy Slim, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Black Eyed Peas, X-Ecutioners, Crystal Method, DJ Krush, Jazzanova, Los Amigos Invisibles, Quantic, Grace Jones, Shannon, Rock Steady Crew, and countless others.

He was featured along with Fatboy Slim & Junkie X.L. at Crobar for the Winter Music Conference.

DJ Angola has recently done remixes for White Stripes, Kelis, Antibalas, Rickie Lee Jones, Outkast, Dead Prez, DJ Smash, Jungle Brothers, Funky Lowlives, and others. A multi-instrumentalist, he's currently working on his own record as well several records with his production partner Jared Dietch as DAVCAR.

His 12" single "Bailalo" has garnered a rabid radio response and found its way into the top 10 charts of many of the world's most respected DJs.
